Lydia's House of Hope is a 365-day transitional housing program for single women and mothers with children who are rebuilding their lives after experiencing homelessness, addiction, and unimaginable hardships. Here, our residents find safety, stability, and the tools to become independent and self-sufficient. We are not State or Federally funded, which is why we rely on your support to continue our mission of breaking the cycle of homelessness and generational poverty in the Greater Seacoast Area.
